Heather Harris, MS, LMHC

“It is my joy to walk alongside individuals, couples and families as they seek hope and lasting life change. My greatest goal is to offer perspective and useful tools that will allow confidence and independence to navigate your journey.”

As a therapist for 13 years, Heather’s experience includes working with older children, teens and adults in individual, family and group settings. Her areas of interest include depression, post-partum depression, anxiety, marital conflict, fertility and adoption.

Heather earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Eastern Illinois University in 2001. She has worked in multiple outpatient settings with extensive experience in home-based family therapy, crisis intervention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Borderline Personality Disorder, and treatment for adolescents.
