When you first schedule with a provider, you will be asked to make a deposit to hold that appointment.

What it is…

  • The deposit is a credit prior to your appointment and if you desire, will be refunded to you once your visit is completed.

  • The reason for the deposit is to ensure that those who make an appointment are fully committed to keeping their appointment.

What it is not…

  • The deposit is not a fee for scheduling the appointment or establishing an account with the practice.

  • The deposit is not kept and may be refunded if you cancel your appointment with adequate notice and do not intend to reschedule.
