Adison Lorsung

Adison Lorsung is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and Art Therapist Provisional. She completed her undergraduate studies at IUPUI and studied for the Master of Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. She has worked with a wide range of youth ages 5 to 18 and also with the family unit to best support their needs. Her experience has been within community mental health, school-based, and juvenile services.
She uses art therapy-based practices, a combination of strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, and client-focused approaches, to best serve her clients. She is interested in working with children and teens with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral concerns. As a past collegiate athlete, Adison also likes to work with youth and young adults on the stressors of athletics.
Adison likes to meet with individuals and families to support the client. She has over two years of experience working with youth and their families in the greater Indianapolis area. She wants to continue supporting the community she grew up in through Hendricks Therapy. In her free time, you can find Adison at the gym, reading a book, painting, or traveling!
