Short wait times, usually within two weeks, for therapy and psychiatric care. (depending on the provider)

Affordable Therapy Options $30/Session
Qualified graduate-level students in the final stages of their Master’s programs provide counseling services with short wait times. All sessions are conducted under the direct supervision of a licensed clinical therapist. This program offers high-quality mental health support at a reduced rate of $30 per session. Next Walk-and-Talk September 28
The next Women’s Walk & Talk is September 28 from 5:30-6:30 pm. Call/text (317) 718-8436 or email group@hendrickstherapy.com to register. Walk locations are in Plainfield, IN, and will be given when you register. Led by Deb Berkey, LCSW, the one-hour meetings are on Mondays from 5:30-6:30 pm, through October 26. Each session will begin with a 15-minute talk followed by a 45-minute Walk & Talk session. Cost: $30/session.
Lower TMS Self-Pay Rates
For some individuals, antidepressant medication alone may not provide enough symptom relief. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS, is an FDA-cleared, non-medication treatment option that may be considered when depression, OCD, PTSD, and anxiety have not improved. While insurance covers TMS for Treatment-Resistant Depression and MDD, low self-pay options of $125 for the first treatment and $75 for subsequent ones are available for non-covered conditions.
