Prescription Information
We want to make you aware of an issue that may occasionally affect how quickly your prescriptions reach your pharmacy. In some cases, prescriptions are sent successfully from our system but are not received by the pharmacy right away. This is due to a problem with the national electronic prescribing network, Surescripts, which is used by most healthcare providers and pharmacies.
Please know:
Your provider did send your prescription. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue when it occurs. We understand how important it is for you to receive your medications on time.
If your pharmacy does not have your prescription, please contact our office; we will resend it promptly and follow up as needed.
For certain medications, especially controlled substances, regulations require us to send them electronically, which can limit alternative options—but we will always do everything we can to assist you quickly.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Your care and access to your medications are very important to us.
