Ayo Lincoln earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. As a dedicated mental health counselor, she is passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, and pre-marital couples achieve holistic well-being.
With a deep understanding of the human experience, Ms. Lincoln combines various therapeutic modalities, including Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Collaborative, Strategic, and Gestalt Therapy, to create integrated treatment solutions tailored to each patient’s needs. Recognizing the importance of family dynamics in mental health, She encourages family-centered counseling, especially when working with children.
