Erica Bodeker, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. With a Master of Social Work from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Erica brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her work. Erica’s foundation in social work is built upon her Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana State University, where she also demonstrated leadership and teamwork as a member of Delta Gamma sorority.

Erica is a highly skilled and compassionate therapist who empowers individuals to achieve positive change. She provides holistic and effective therapeutic services with a comprehensive skillset encompassing behavioral therapy, child and family counseling, motivational interviewing, crisis management, individual/group counseling, social work, case management, program development, crisis intervention, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

With a strong foundation in social work principles, Erica's approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep understanding of her clients' unique challenges. She utilizes motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and empower individuals to take ownership of their therapeutic journey. Her behavioral therapy and CBT expertise equips clients with practical tools to manage challenging behaviors and thought patterns. She is adept at crisis management and crisis intervention, providing immediate support and guidance during challenging times.

During individual and group counseling sessions, Erica creates a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their concerns, develop coping skills, and build resilience.
