Hendricks Therapy has been providing behavioral healthcare in central Indiana for over 20 years. We are a multi-site private mental health practice looking for experienced licensed therapists to join our team at either of our Plainfield or Danville offices in Hendricks County.
Your PRIVATE Practice
We simplify the private practice experience for you by managing all billing, scheduling, and office needs, utilizing the latest EHR, practice management, and billing software tailored for mental health services. We furnish you with an attractive and welcoming work environment allowing you to focus solely on what matters most --helping your patients. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own caseload and tailor treatment plans to meet the individual needs of your patients.

Qualifications:
We’re seeking licensed therapists who align with our mission and are passionate about the therapeutic relationship. The ideal candidates are compassionate, professional, and comfortable navigating EHR systems and working in-office with patients. Therapists trained in multiple interventions and those eager to expand their skills will receive special consideration.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to clients in a private practice setting.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
