Kyle Wellendorf, LMHC, understands the complexities of life's challenges. With a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University and further education from Butler University, he brings extensive experience to Hendricks Therapy.

Kyle works with individuals and families across all ages, addressing a range of issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. He's passionate about creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, emphasizing empathy and collaboration to help clients discover their inner resilience.

Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for adolescents, Kyle utilizes evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. His background includes three years as a school-based therapist for elementary students and leading adult substance abuse therapy groups.

Beyond therapy, Kyle is deeply committed to community service, with over 19 years of EMS experience. He enjoys spending time with his family in Avon, camping, attending musicals, and cherishing moments with his wife, children, and dogs.
