Dr. Lamb recognizes that the decision to enter therapy is often difficult. Therefore, she is committed to meeting each person at their point of need and assisting them in reaching their goals.

Dr. Lamb’s practice style is eclectic but predominantly cognitive, behavioral, and insight-oriented. In addition to treating mood disorders and anxiety disorders, she helps individuals experiencing problems with interpersonal conflict, anger management, stress management, and painful life transitions, including grief.

Dr. Lamb earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Indiana State University in 1994. Her undergraduate degrees are in Behavioral Science and Psychology from Cedarville University. As a psychologist, Dr. Lamb has worked in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and personality disorders. Her training in EMDR and CISD (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) was foundational to her extensive experience working with law enforcement and public safety personnel. Currently, she works at Hendricks Therapy as an adult outpatient psychologist.
