Sara Cozad is a compassionate, solutions-focused, Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing and promoting exceptional, recovery-based treatment. Sara currently provides Tele-therapy services for families with school-age children, adolescents, and young adults. Through a combination of individual and family therapy sessions, Sara focuses on identifying solutions to presenting problems, developing resiliency skills, and building on existing strengths. Her ultimate goal is to help youth and families achieve their goals and move forward together.

Sara Cozad earned a Bachelor’s degree and Master's in Social Work from IUPUI and has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2010. In addition to working as a private practice clinician, she has worked in community mental health in direct clinical care, clinical supervision, and clinical training and development. She has worked in state government as the Assistant Deputy Director of Adult Services for the Department of Mental Health and Addiction. Sara is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Therapy.
