Charity is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience providing behavioral health services to at-risk families, adults, and children facing various mental and physical health challenges. Her approach to therapy focuses on the holistic wellness of the mind, body, and spirit, as well as work-life balance. She is an excellent communicator, with bilingual language skills derived from lived cross-cultural experiences, allowing her to effectively engage with diverse clients. She is committed to delivering exceptional therapeutic services that positively impact clients and help them achieve life-altering health results.

Charity’s areas of expertise include individual and family therapy, multicultural counseling, behavior therapy, couples therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Cognitive processing therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational interviewing. Charity received a Post-Masters in MFT at Indiana Wesleyan university, Master of Applied Health Science at Indiana University, Master of Sociology at Virginia Polytechnic Institute of Science, and technology an undergraduate degree in Education at Kenyatta University in Kenya.
