Doug Mulinix, MD

Dr. Mulinix has a wealth of experience in the diagnosis and medical management of a wide array of psychiatric illnesses. Patients with severe and persistent mental illness have benefited from his care, and Dr. Mulinix often works with other mental health professionals to ensure coordination of care.

A graduate of Bloomington (Ind.) North High School, Dr. Mulinix earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Indiana University in 1979. He graduated from IU Medical School in 1983 completed his residency at IU Hospital in 1987.

Previous employment has been at Central State Hospital, Gallahue Mental Health Center, the Veteran’s Administration Hospital, the Adult & Child Mental Health Center, and most recently St. Vincent Stress Center, where he is still employed part-time.
