Ifen Donovan

Ifen Donovan was born in Taiwan and grew up on the Island of Guam. She is a first-generation immigrant from Taiwan who moved to the United States. Ifen earned a Bachelor's from Bob Jones University, SC, and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CACREP Accredited) from Liberty University. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral degree in Traumatology from Liberty University. English is Ifen's third language. Her first and second languages are Taiwanese and Mandarin Chinese.
Before her counseling career, Ifen worked as an Administrative Assistant and Payroll Specialist for a CPA firm for 20 years. Ifen attends Radiant Bible Church and serves on their Soul Care team.
Ifen is also an accomplished artist, and several of her paintings have been displayed in the courthouse in Danville, Indiana. In addition to her love for art, Ifen is a trained Art Therapist. She uses an integrative approach incorporating art therapy into counseling to enhance the therapeutic process. She also includes the client's spiritual beliefs in the treatment protocol to address their needs holistically.
In her free time, Ifen enjoys time with her two children, cooking Asian foods, riding motorcycles, competing in ballroom dancing, and traveling the world.
